Kix is the chief marketing officer (CMO) at Glean. In his role, he oversees the global marketing organization, responsible for building awareness for Glean’s mission of using generative AI to expand human potential to do extraordinary work.

As a seasoned marketing and product executive, Matt brings a wealth of experience in scaling disruptive technology companies. Prior to Glean, Matt led marketing at self-driving software company Ghost Autonomy, and Marketing and Product at multi-billion dollar data storage pioneer, Pure Storage. As one of Pure’s founding leaders, Matt helped define the All-Flash Array category, shepherding the company from pre-IPO startup to one of the fastest-growing infrastructure companies of all time and the leading independent storage company.
