Marcin Frycz currently serves as the Head of IT Operations & Security at Iglu.com, a well-regarded online travel agency based here in the UK. Since 2019, his focus has been managing the firm’s IT infrastructure, ensuring cyber security and compliance while successfully supporting commercial objectives. He takes a pragmatic approach to balancing protection with efficient, day-to-day operations.
Marcin has spent a number of years as a consultant, focusing on driving innovation by building complex hybrid cloud solutions for FTSE 100 organisations across the globe. His perspective is notably unique, having worked extensively on both the customer and service provider sides. This dual experience, spanning sectors from financial and manufacturing through to travel industries, allows him to understand all aspects of the security and delivery challenge. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree.
Marcin looks forward to sharing some practical insights on balancing necessary security measures with operational demands at the Summit.
