
Luke Collinson is the founder and CEO of Cyber Security Stack, a deep-tech start-up developing ransomware-resistant architecture through the Resonance Protocol. He is an Enterprise Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering and his work on the Resonance Protocol has been recognised as one of the UK’s top 10 cyber innovations by a TechUK panel. In 2024, Luke was accoladed with the CSO30 Award for incident response capability and the Business Enablement Award for brokering highly favourable contracts with ImmersiveLabs and RoboShadow at Salford City Council.
Luke is an alumnus of the University of Manchester, where he studied joint honours in Mechanical and Nuclear Engineering, and he is currently matriculated on the Software and Systems Security course at the University of Oxford. He entered the profession via the NCSC CyberFirst programme and has held SecOps and senior leadership roles. Now part of Plexal’s Cyber Runway, Luke is on a mission to secure communities, businesses, and the UK from ransomware, and will represent UK cyber talent as a DSIT delegate at RSA Conference 2026 in San Francisco.
