Lauren Dally

Lauren Dally is Technology Director at Everywhen, leading enterprise-scale transformation programmes across platforms, data, and delivery operating models. She specialises in modernising legacy estates and embedding AI and low-code capabilities into scalable, business-led technology strategies. Her work in emerging technologies has been awarded at the UK IT Awards in 2024 and 2025, and she is a frequent insurance industry speaker on AI, emerging technologies, and technology strategy. Lauren is currently completing a Level 7 (Masters) apprenticeship in Data and AI and actively contributes to the profession as a mentor, BCS committee member, and advisory board participant.
