Lan O’Connor

Lan O’Connor has driven major transformation from the executive, advisor, and supervisory positions. She has learned to navigate complex and global organisations through the tricky business of actually realising benefits of ‘strategic change’, in roles such as Chief Transformation Officer at Capgemini, interim transformation director at LV= and General Manager EMEA for a 50,000-person research and engineering firm making an IPO. Recently, she led Google Cloud’s digital sovereignty team and was on the global team launching Google’s Generative AI solutions for enterprise. Lan combines this practical technology leadership with active academic research. Based on in-depth interviews with 50 C-suite leaders, Lan’s research examines the impact of AI on strategy.
