Elmar Yusifzade

Elmar is a dedicated security professional with over 15 years InfoSec experience who works at NatWest as a Security Controls Partner. With nearly a decade of experience in Telecoms, Elmar has worked as a Lead Security Risk Manager at TalkTalk/PXC, successfully managing and mitigating security risks. Prior to his tenure in telecoms, Elmar worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland on the Williams and Glynn programme for a short period of time, gaining valuable insights into the financial sector. Elmar started his professional journey through roles in security consulting at Capgemini and Accenture, where he provided GRC related services to various national and global clients. His diverse experience equipped Elmar with a unique perspective on security challenges across multiple industries (Pharma, FS, Energy & Resources, National Government).
