Catrena Slaughter is a passionate leader serving as the Global Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Mars Wrigley. She focuses on scaling security with growth, ensuring secure, and compliant digital experiences. Previously, she led Enterprise Security Architecture and Global Factory Cyber Security Transformation at Mars Inc. Before joining Mars, Catrena made significant contributions at Whirlpool Corporation, where she led IT strategy development and delivery for global functions, overseeing transformative projects in manufacturing, supply chain operations, eCommerce and digital experiences. Catrena is receiving recognition in the cybersecurity field, recently being named one of the top 50 CISOs to watch in 2024. Her passion for cybersecurity is rooted in her commitment to “Tech for Good,” and she is an advocate for the exposure and advancement of underrepresented women in tech.
