Anupama Hatti

Anupama Hatti is the Head of Programme Delivery (Digital, Data and Technology Services) at NHS Blood and Transplant, where she leads large-scale digital transformation programmes supporting critical healthcare services across the UK. With over 24 years of global experience across technology, aerospace, and healthcare, she specialises in driving innovation, digital delivery, and organisational transformation. Anupama is also Co-Chair of the NHSBT Women’s Network and Lead of the Women in STEM initiative, championing diversity, inclusion, and future talent in technology. A STEM Ambassador, school governor, mentor, and artist, she is passionate about using technology responsibly to create inclusive and impactful outcomes for society.
