Troy is a Senior Product Offering Management Director at Compucom, focusing on defining the strategy for Compucom’s Experience Management and Digital Support offerings and services. He works closely with the teams that build and deploy those offerings to ensure that we’re exceeding the outcomes that our customers strive to achieve. With 25 years tenure at Compucom, Troy has a strong ITIL and Six Sigma background, and as involved in achieving Compucom’s ISO 20000 registration and helped help define Compucom’s Persona practice. Troy majored in Computer Science and began his career with NCR Corporation performing remote support for their UNIX systems.
