Todd Lukens

Todd Lukens is the Chief Information Security Office (CISO) for Nationwide, overseeing the critical responsibility of cyber security, compliance and regulatory, availability management, continuity management, and crisis management across Nationwide.

Previously, he served in a similar capacity as SVP, CISO with Global Payments Inc. He led the Information Security and Data Protection organization and was responsible for securing Global Payments’ worldwide technology footprint, as well as ensuring product security for all customer-facing technologies.

Todd has been a leader in Information Security for over 15 years. Before joining Global Payments, Todd acted as Managing Principal for Cigital specializing in secure software development and application security. Prior to that he established the Cyber Security, Privacy and IT Risk Group for PwC. Earlier in his career, he recognized his passion by assisting companies realize their security goals.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management Information Systems and a Master of Science in Telecommunication Management – both from Oklahoma State University. Todd is active in the cyber security community as a member of the Customer Advisory Board for several cyber security consulting and product companies.

In his free time, Todd enjoys spending time with his wife Tamara, daughter Karis, and son, Levi.
