Tejas Gadhia

Tejas Gadhia is the Head of Applied AI (US) at Zoho, where he builds the foundational infrastructure, shared enterprise tooling, and deployment patterns to scale AI across the organization. Since joining Zoho in 2012, Tejas has focused on bridging the gap between technical capability and business execution.

In a tech landscape dominated by hype and high-level promises, Tejas focuses on the plumbing. He believes that true leverage doesn’t come from generic, off-the-shelf tools, but from building the overlooked systems that make the technology actually work at scale, efficiently. His goal is to take the complexity out of adoption, enabling others to build and scale their own ideas without getting lost in the noise.

Based in Austin, Tejas balances his obsession with workflow engineering by playing mediocre golf, supporting the Texas Longhorns, and searching for the truth behind how the pyramids were constructed.
