Steve Hollander is Senior Director of Americas Global Alliances, Dell Technologies.

Steve joined Dell EMC, starting in sales before moving into strategy and operations. Steve held shared
responsibility for building America’s go to market strategy, including acquisition integration and employee
development for Dell EMC commercial/enterprise sales teams.

Steve joined the Global Alliances team in 2024, leading Dell Technologies Americas Growth Tower. Steve
brings deep customer knowledge and leading performance across vertical business segments to the
Alliances team. He and his team share the power of Alliances to guide and support Global System
Integrator’s AI, multi cloud, cyber, edge and future of work transformation customer journeys, while
overachieving revenue and margin objectives.
