Stephen Held

As chief information officer for LEO A DALY, Stephen Held directs a team of Information and Design Technology professionals in the continual maintenance, updating and adoption of technology in 30 offices and five countries. In more than fifteen years with the firm, he has championed an aggressive strategy of innovation for the sake of competitive advantage. Major initiatives have included a complete overhaul of the support organization across the LEO A DALY and LAN brands, the replacement of every piece of technology and infrastructure worldwide, the navigation into a hybrid cloud environment and the launch of a strategic program of Innovation Initiatives pursuing the early adoption of disruptive technology.
