As Global Head of TCS iON and the Platform Solutions Group, he is instrumental in building, scaling, and managing the platform solutions addressing needs in assessments, learning, and business process operations across various industries. His work leverages cutting-edge technologies like AI to create robust and adaptive enterprise platforms.
In his role as CEO Designate for TIIS, a pioneering partnership between the Tata Group and the Government of India, he is shaping the future of vocational education, addressing critical skill gaps in advanced sectors like advanced manufacturing and electric mobility.
Swamy also heads Tata Business Hub as a Director, a digital B2B platform set up by Tata Group to develop new products and services for emerging businesses. He also serves as an Additional Director on the Board of MP Online Limited, a successful joint venture between the Government of Madhya Pradesh and TCS.
Earlier in his distinguished 30+ year career with TCS, Swamy held significant positions including Director of the Global Consulting Practice, where his leadership earned him recognition as one of the top 25 consultants of the year by Consulting Magazine in 2007. A Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a respected speaker in business forums, he is known for his ideas on new business models and the subtle interplay between innovation and quality.
