Sivakumar “Siva” Subramanian is a senior cybersecurity and IT services leader with 25+ years of global experience building and scaling high-performing delivery organizations, talent pipelines, and profitable business units across niche and high-growth technology domains. Based in Bengaluru, he is known for combining deep delivery rigor with a “security-as-an-enabler” mindset, helping clients build trust and confidence as they modernize and accelerate digital transformation.

Siva currently leads global cybersecurity delivery, strategy, and capability build-outs across major programs at HCLTech, with a strong focus on Detection & Response/SOC modernization, automation, and the infusion of AI and GenAI to drive predictable outcomes, differentiation, and client satisfaction.
