Shwetank Verma

Shwetank Verma is a seasoned global technology executive with over two decades of leadership experience in digital transformation, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and enterprise governance. He currently serves as the Senior Vice President, Global Head of Technology Infrastructure & Information Security (CTO & CISO) at Sagility, where he spearheads global technology strategy, drives innovation, and ensures a resilient and secure digital ecosystem. Having led across the US, UK, and India, Shwetank has a proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex technology programs that align with business objectives. Prior to joining Sagility, he held senior leadership roles at Goldman Sachs, where he led global infrastructure transformation initiatives and established governance frameworks supporting executive and board-level decision-making. His expertise spans cloud adoption, workplace digitization, mergers and acquisitions, IT service delivery, regulatory compliance, and vendor management. Shwetank is known for building high-performing global teams and effectively bridging technology and business to deliver scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions. Additionally, he has been instrumental in establishing and scaling Global Capability Centres in India and has driven impactful cybersecurity and risk management initiatives across healthcare and financial services. An engineer by profession and an alumnus of IIM Bangalore, Shwetank also holds a Master of Business Law from NLSIU, blending technical depth, legal insight, and strategic leadership.
