Nitin Bawankule

Nitin is a General Management veteran with wide experience in industries spanning Digital, Technology, Media, Consumer Electronics and Telecom. He has extensive experience in Building / Turning around businesses and scaling them exponentially. He is adept at Direct and Channel sales. Nitin is currently Director and Head for Telecom, Media, Entertainment, Games, Sports & Cross industry sector for AWS India and South Asia. Before joining AWS, he was the President Ad Sales for India’s Leading TV network Disney Star – Star TV channels and OTT platform Disney+ Hotstar.

He was the Country Director for Google Cloud India before this. Prior he was the Industry Director at Google Ads business leading the Online verticals. Earlier, he has been the Director in Dell, Regional Sales Manager in Motorola and Branch Manager in Whirlpool and Godrej-GE Appliances. He has done Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Bangalore and has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) in Electronics from VNIT Nagpur
