Mitali Biswas is a seasoned business and technology leader with over 25 years of experience across global organizations including IBM, PwC, and currently the CKA Birla Group. She has successfully led transformative initiatives that bridge strategy and execution, driving innovation and operational excellence.

In her recent role, Mitali spearheaded the digital transformation of CKA Birla Hospitals over a five-year period, delivering scalable, data-driven solutions that enhanced both operational efficiency and patient experience. Now, as Vice President – Digital, she is leading the key transformation projects across the CKA Birla Group. Beyond technology, Mitali is an expert in change management, guiding cross-functional teams through cultural shifts, fostering digital-first mindsets, and ensuring seamless adoption of new tools and processes.
