As Senior Executive Vice President – IT and CTO at Kotak Life Insurance, Kirti oversees all strategic technology and digital initiatives and is responsible for ensuring that the company’s technology strategy is aligned with its current and future business needs to give the organization a competitive edge.

Being extremely passionate about building excellence through technology ,she has been an early adopter of several technologies like datacenter virtualization, hyper converged infrastructure, flash storage, data reduction technologies, block level replication , workspace automation, devops, CI/CD etc.
Cyber security is a key focus area for Kirti and has been early implementer of DLP, DRM, WAF, DDOS etc.
