Jyothirlatha B

Jyothirlatha is the Chief Technology Officer of Godrej Capital. She is a digital and technology strategist with deep expertise in building and implementing technology solutions. She has 25+ years of experience in technology in strategizing and executing large digital transformation programs predominantly in Banking and Financial Services domain. Hailing from a software development background, she has a strong track record of building and nurturing stable systems spreading across Housing Finance, Retail Core banking, Lending, Payments, Digital Channels, Mutual funds, Depository Services and Wealth & Private banking domains.

Prior to joining Godrej Capital, she was the CTO at DHFL. In the past, she has worked at Tata Consultancy Services, ICICI Bank, Vodafone etc. Jyothirlatha has completed Master of Engineering from Mumbai University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
