Girish Hadkar

Girish is an accomplished business-technology leader with over 25 years of experience in various industries and functions. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and a Master of Management Studies in Marketing from Mumbai University. In his role as Chief Information and Digital Officer (CIDO), Girish has played a pivotal role in driving digital and technological transformation across organizations by collaborating closely with CXOs. He has successfully delivered core technology solutions such as SAP ECC / S4 HANA, Salesforce CRM, Supplier Relationship Management, and Business Analytics platforms. Adopting a Cloud First approach, he has established the organization’s future technological foundation by implementing digital technologies like Conversational Platforms, Robotic Process Automation, Low Code No Code Platforms, Building Information Modelling, Digital Twins, Gen AI & Agentic AI and IT-OT/IoT Solutions.

Furthermore, Girish has been instrumental in deploying advanced IT Infrastructure, IT Networking, and Information Security solutions that enhance productivity and security within organizations. Over the years, Girish has also earned certifications in cyber security and data excellence, adding to his extensive expertise. Under Girish’s leadership, his IT teams have received numerous awards and accolades, both internally and from external entities.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Girish enjoys playing badminton, maintaining fitness, traveling to various cities, and experiencing diverse cuisines.
