He was instrumental in shaping the Information Technology Act 2000 and has since been a key figure in its ongoing evolution.
Throughout his career, he has been dedicated to empowering corporates to navigate and resolve cyber legal challenges.
From securing India’s first cybercrime conviction in 2003 to advising on the latest data protection regulations, his work has consistently focused on protecting the interests of businesses in the digital age.
He has also founded the International Conference on Cyberlaw, Cybercrime & Cybersecurity, which has become a leading platform for discussing emerging trends in these fields.
In addition to his legal practice, he is passionate about education and capacity building.
Through Cyber Law University, he offers online courses that have reached over 31,000 professionals worldwide.
