Saratu Mamman is the Head of Corporate Services and Programme Delivery at the North Sea Transition Authority (NSTA). She leads the organisation’s procurement, sustainability, programme delivery and crisis management functions, playing a key role in supporting the UK’s energy transition.
Saratu is currently driving the NSTA’s digital and data strategy, ensuring that digital innovation and smarter use of data help accelerate emissions reduction, improve energy security, and reduce regulatory burdens on industry.
In the last year, she has led major improvements to the UK Energy Portal, including the redevelopment of legacy systems and the launch of a new digital consenting platform. These changes have significantly improved how industry interacts with the regulator, making processes easier, faster, and more transparent.
