Samuel Buck is a Senior GRC Development Engineering Manager based in Lehi, Utah, where he leads teams across GRC software development, information security risk management, governance, and automation. With over a decade of experience at the intersection of security, engineering, and compliance, he specializes in transforming traditionally manual GRC processes into scalable, automated systems.
Samuel was an original collaborator to Adobe’s Common Controls Framework (CCF) and went on to lead the development of the CCF platform, enabling automation and real-time reporting across compliance programs. His work has focused on operationalizing “compliance as code,” helping organizations shift from static, audit-driven models to continuous, engineering-led assurance.
Outside of work, he enjoys gaming, rock climbing, hiking, and outdoor adventures that test both endurance and precision.
