Romy Tuin

Romy is the Head of UK and Spain Event Operations and Global Director of Events Content at Foundry. In this dual role, she leads the strategic development and delivery of content across Foundry’s Events portfolio, with a strong focus on its leading media brands.

Romy chairs several of Foundry’s Awards programs, including CIO 100 UK, CSO 30, Next CIO, and Next CSO, and serves as a judge for CIO 100 Spain. Known for her expertise in content strategy, Romy sets and maintains high standards across all events—balancing speaker formats, championing diversity and inclusion, and driving innovation in program design. She oversees speaker acquisition, production timelines, and provides key strategic input into new event launches and Foundry’s award-winning awards programs.
