Rob has spent the last 20 years working on industry leading developer platforms. Building the culture around them, driving adoption across 100-1000 team organizations with 10s of thousands of developers, and delivering on the promise of business agility. Along the way he has torn apart monoliths, consolidated repetitive systems, fully automated developer workflows, and migrated many things to many clouds. Prior to joining Expedia Group, Rob led the engineering teams building industry leading platforms at Amazon, Salesforce, and Time Inc. He has co-founded and was CEO at a company focused on helping teams build developer platforms. At Expedia he runs the developer platform teams consolidating 100s of tools into one tool for one job and delivering 10x the business agility. Originally from London, Rob, his wife and two young children now call Seattle home.
