Robbie Voigtmann is a Principal in PwC’s Technology Strategy practice, where he leads Digital and AI Strategy for the Technology, Media and Telecom and the Energy, Utilities and Resources sectors. He advises CIOs and technology executives on building the intelligent enterprise: where AI belongs in the business, what has to be true in data, process, and operating model before it scales, and how to get durable value rather than a portfolio of proofs of concept.
He also leads PwC’s Digital Product Management team, working with companies to design, build, and launch products as AI reshapes both the product itself and the way it is brought to market.
His work sits at the intersection of AI strategy and delivery. He helps leaders decide which use cases deserve investment, how to govern and measure them, and what it takes to move from experimentation to production without losing control of cost, quality, or risk.
