Renee Guttmann is an internationally recognized cybersecurity visionary and industry pioneer, known for shaping the future of enterprise security at some of the world’s most complex global organizations. With a proven ability to anticipate emerging cyber risks, Ms. Guttmann-Stark has built and scaled transformational security programs for Fortune 100 companies—driving resilience, business enablement, and sustainable growth. Her leadership blends innovation with disciplined execution, delivering measurable risk reduction while optimizing operations, strengthening enterprise trust, and building elite, mission-driven teams. She is the creator of industry-defining best practices designed to stay ahead of an ever-evolving threat landscape.

With more than 25 years of experience across Information Security and Privacy, Ms. Guttmann-Stark has repeatedly been selected to establish and reinvent cybersecurity at pivotal moments of enterprise change. She served as the first Chief Information Security Officer at Royal Caribbean, The Coca-Cola Company, and Time Warner Inc., setting the strategic foundation for modern security programs. Earlier in her career, Renee architected Capital One’s first online customer platform, helping usher in the digital banking era. Renee was one of the first Gartner Analysts in the cybersecurity practice. Most recently, she led a comprehensive transformation of Campbell’s Information Security program—aligning cyber risk to business strategy and redefining security to protect manufacturing operations and global supply-chain ecosystems in an increasingly connected world.

Renee advises cybersecurity leaders on cyber resilience strategy and professional development. She serves as a strategic thought leader to cybersecurity startups, helping position their solutions for clarity, relevance, and impact.

She has been received several industry awards including: CSO Hall of Fame, CSO Magazine Compass Award for the Complete CSO, CSO Executive Women’s Forum Award for Security Excellence within a Corporation, Information Security Magazine – One of ’25 Women of Vision’ Information Security
