Ramon Chen, Chief Product Officer, oversees ActivTrak’s product strategy with a passion for all things data. He’s dedicated to helping organizations and their employees #workwiser through ActivTrak’s workforce analytics platform; ensuring a win-win that improves productivity, while fostering individual well-being. He brings more than 30+ years of leadership experience in product marketing and management to ActivTrak with expertise in data management, analytics and machine learning. Prior to joining ActivTrak, he served as Chief Product Officer for Reltio, a data management disruptor and held senior leadership positions at Veeva Systems, RainStor, Siperian and GoldenGate Software.
