The Putting AI Agents to Work (Agentic Process Automation) project marks a shift from improving processes to transforming entire business functions, delivering transformational outcomes in Finance, Marketing, IT, and others. Automation Anywhere delivered ~40 Agentic Processes across core areas. To support growth, they built a secure AI infrastructure and established AI Operations and the AI Council to ensure compliance, scalability, and security, laying a foundation for sustainable growth in agentic automation.
