Pamela Chase Dyson is Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer for the head of the Technology Group (TG) at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. She also joined the Bank’s Management Committee in Oct. 2018. Ms. Chase Dyson will be responsible for the strategic planning, Information Technology (IT) governance, and provisioning and delivery of technology services to the Bank. She will also contribute significantly to advancing technology thinking, strategy and execution across the Federal Reserve System
Ms. Chase Dyson has more than 30 years of experience in IT, including enterprise infrastructure and operations, customer relationship management and business solutions delivery. She has led large-scale transformations across the technology stack, including application development, IT infrastructure and operations, and cyber and data management.
She joins the Bank from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), where she served as the Chief Information Officer and Director of the Office of Information Technology, and managed all aspects of IT and delivered high-impact, state-of-the-art technology solutions. Prior to joining the SEC, Ms. Chase Dyson was Deputy Chief Information Officer at the US International Trade Commission, where she held several positions of increasing responsibility in its IT program. She started her career at ICF International, a global consulting and technology services company. Ms. Chase Dyson has been a mentor and speaker for STEM program activities for many years and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland.
