Naveen Manga

Manga currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Marriott International. As CTO, Naveen is responsible for global technology strategy, innovation and transformation to support growth and drive long-term business value.

Previously Naveen served as Vice President of Software Engineering and Experience Design at Hilton. His global Software Engineering team was responsible for technology strategy, platform architecture, software engineering and delivery of Web, Mobile, Contact Center and Property (Hotel) technologies that contribute to over 90% of overall company revenue. Naveen also led the global Experience Design team responsible for user experience architecture, human-centered design, optimization, and accessibility of products and services.

Naveen has over twenty years of business technology leadership experience spanning travel & hospitality, manufacturing, education, consumer services, financial services, consulting, non-profit, and healthcare verticals.
