Motti Finkelstein is the Corporate Vice President – Chief Information Officer (CIO) leading the Global IT organization at Intel Corporation. As CIO, Motti is focused on delivering digital business outcomes while optimizing and automating IT capabilities. The scope of his responsibilities includes data and analytics, IT support for Intel’s corporate functions and supply chain organizations, manufacturing IT, help desks, end-user technologies, architecture, and infrastructure.
Motti is also an advisor for Capri Ventures and several startups (e.g., TrueFort, Velotix), and a Board Member of the American Friends of the Jerusalem College of Technology (Lev Academic Center).
Finkelstein joined Intel in July 2022 from Bank of Montreal Capital Markets where he served as a Chief Technology Officer. He focused on business innovation and transformative technologies in a simplified, unified, and modern approach. He was the Global CTO of Strategy and Planning and CTO of the Americas. Motti drove Global Strategy and Planning, creating a culture of innovation and agility in the areas of Cloud, Big Data, Software-Defined Data Centers, Robotics Process Automation, and User Experience. His primary focus was improving business capabilities by developing cohesive, secure, reliable, scalable, flexible, and cost-efficient solutions.
Motti has also served as the CIO of Versaware (a startup), as a Director in the Department of Technology and Telecommunications of the City of NY, and was a commissioned Major responsible for the technology infrastructure in the Israeli Air Force computer unit.
Motti holds an M.B.A. in International Business from the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College and a Bachelor of Technology and Applied Sciences in Computer Software Engineering from the Jerusalem College of Technology (Lev Institute).
