
Mike Anderson is Chief Digital & Information Officer and head of the Strategy Office at Netskope, a leading global AI security and networking company. As CDIO, he leads enterprise technology, digital innovation, and enterprise AI strategy and has guided Netskope’s technology function through its scale-up and transition to a public company. As head of the Strategy Office, Mike extends his leadership into Netskope’s go-to-market organization, overseeing Business Value Services, Competitive Intelligence, and C-level Advisory to strengthen executive engagement, accelerate customer adoption, and drive growth.
Known for expanding the CIO role beyond technology operations, Mike connects enterprise technology with business strategy, customer outcomes, and organizational transformation. Over a 30-year career, he has led technology and business transformation across startups, private-equity-backed companies, and Fortune 500 enterprises. Before joining Netskope, he served as SVP, CIO & Digital Leader for North America at Schneider Electric and as CIO at CROSSMARK. Earlier in his career, he led operations for a Microsoft joint venture and co-founded a web-services startup.
A NACD-certified director, Mike served on the LeanIX supervisory board through its acquisition by SAP. He currently advises NinjaOne and serves on advisory boards for several technology companies and venture capital firms. He is also a member of the Wall Street Journal Technology Council and co-chairs the Gartner Dallas CIO Community while serving on its global CIO governing body. A frequent keynote speaker, writer, and podcast guest, Mike shares practical perspectives on cybersecurity, responsible AI, digital transformation, and modern CIO leadership.
