
Meghna Shah is a Principal in PwC’s Engineering and AI practice and a technology leader with over 18 years of experience designing, building, and scaling enterprise and customer-facing products.
She advises senior technology and business leaders on translating strategy into execution, leading cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, product managers, and designers to deliver modern platforms and solutions. Her experience spans product and platform strategy, architecture, and agile delivery, with a focus on applying emerging technologies, including AI, to solve complex business and customer challenges.
Meghna works with organizations to modernize technology foundations, evolve operating models, and drive measurable outcomes through disciplined engineering. She is particularly focused on how enterprises can scale AI responsibly, with strong governance and human oversight.
She holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai. She is based in New York City.
