Marina F Bellini has been in Financial Services, Consumer Goods and Consulting for over 25 years and in global business set-up, turn-around and transformations, leading Operations, IT, digital, data & GBS.

After years in PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting, with engagements in Latin America clients, she worked for Anheuser-Busch InBev (ABI) for 13 years in regional and global roles based out of the Americas (USA, Mexico and Brazil) and Europe (Belgium) in the IT and GBS organization, ultimately being global CIO and GBS SVP for the company transforming the local small into the biggest beer company in the world with high connectivity with consumers, customers, partners and employees. Marina then drove value creation for almost 3 years in PepsiCo Latin America, based out of New York, as their CIO and also as CIO for global PepsiCo CMO. Marina has always focused on IT, digital, data and GBS enablement of company revenue growth, bottom line efficiencies, talent development and sustainability improvement, in stablished organizations and in large M&A processes. Recently she spent 4,5 years leading the digital transformation in BAT as part of their C-suite, she has been a key force helping the company in their journey to create A Better Tomorrow, shaping and growing the business of reduced risk products and embedding digital in BAT’s DNA. Since beginning of 2023, Marina is the Chief Operations Officer of Banco Itau, in their C-suite, leading Operations, Customer service, Sourcing, Real Estate and non-financial Asset management, transforming raw data & transactions into excellent customer experience, growth engine and delivering efficiency. Marina has been in customer advisory boards of key tech companies and in numerous efforts to develop women in tech. She is a board member of T200 women in tech not-for-profit organization. She is a known speaker, engaging audiences, sharing experiences about leadership, business transformation, technology architecture, digital value creation and partnerships.

Brazilian and Italian citizen, Marina is a proud mom of 2 daughters, Catarina & Victoria, sharing the life adventure with her husband Emilio, enjoying travelling, spending time with family and friends, running & listening to music (at the same time) and savoring the Italian cuisine.
