Maddi Holman

Co-Founder & General Partner Daring Ventures
Maddi Holman is a Co-Founder and General Partner at Daring Ventures, a pre-seed VC firm investing in buyers turned builders creating software for paper, process, and people-heavy industries. After nearly a decade in corporate VC, including Touchdown Ventures across T-Mobile, Allegion, and Olympus managed funds, then at Cigna Ventures in healthcare, she co-founded Daring to back founders solving problems they’ve lived firsthand. Maddi is a former D1 athlete at Rice University and used that same competitive drive to break into VC without a finance background. She’s also the host of “Let’s Be Heard (LBH),” a women’s health podcast where she creates space for women to learn, share, and take control of their health
