Lisa Cochran

Lisa Cochran is the Chief Information Officer at VyStar Credit Union. She joined VyStar in July and is responsible for all aspects of the IT organization, including information security, application development and testing, the enterprise program management office, digital and the infrastructure organizations.

Lisa has over 25 years of experience in financial services and healthcare technology and has experience leading large global organizations as well startup teams, driving innovation and leading teams through transformation and growth in organizations such as Citi, Humana, Bank of America and Softcard.

Prior to joining VyStar, Lisa spent four years at Citi, where most recently, she served as the Global Consumer Technology Chief Operating Officer and Head of Operations Technology. In this role, Lisa managed critical functions such as the Global ATM network, Servicing and Collections Technology, Intelligent Process Automation, Technology Risk Governance and Compliance, Technology Global Program Oversight, Delivery Transformation, and Strategy and Planning.

Lisa has a passion for doing good in the community and is passionate about closing the digital divide and creating diversity in technology. She is on the board of Stem2Hub and the Jacksonville Public Education Fund. In 2019, Lisa was recognized by the Diversity and Inclusion Council as a Top 50 Women in IT, and in 2022, she was recognized with a Florida CIO Orbie award, and is a finalist for the National CIO Orbie award in 2024.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. In her free time Lisa enjoys spending time with her son and her pets. She also has a passion for the arts, and serves as a board member for the Florida Theatre.
