Kristin Darby

Kristin Darby is a globally recognized technology executive with more than 25 years’ experience in healthcare, finance, academia, biotech and insurance. She serves as the Enterprise Chief Information Officer at Envision Healthcare, with revenue of ~$8B, the organization is a large national medical group with 31k team members, including 25k physicians and advanced practice providers, that deliver care to 32 million patients in communities throughout the United States. Her responsibilities include the enterprise strategy and operations for technology, cybersecurity, informatics, and digital engagement.

Ms. Darby holds a bachelor’s degree with dual majors in Accounting and Management Information Systems at University of South Florida and an MBA from Henley Business School in Oxfordshire, England. She is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, and member of the World 50 and T200 Communities. Ms. Darby serves as an Independent Director for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati and as Nominating Chair and Board Member of the Nashville Technology Council. She is also on the Salesforce Health Cloud Customer Advisory Board and the IDG CIO Advisory Board. Ms. Darby is a Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow was inducted into the CIO Hall of Fame in 2021.
