Kathy Northamer

Kathy Northamer is the Senior Vice President of Robert Half’s Managed Technology and Digital Solution teams. Throughout her impressive 25-year tenure, she has held key leadership positions in strategic growth markets.  In her current role as Senior Vice President, she leads the Technology and Digital Solutions sales teams across Robert Half and Protiviti.  Her role centers on a distinctive delivery approach that combines Protiviti’s advisory and transformation expertise with Robert Half’s deep technology talent network. This model enables us to meet clients where they are, delivering both strategic vision and the hands‑on execution required to turn strategy into results.   She has been a consistent leader in driving technology adoption and enabling business change. Kathy frequently speaks on technology leadership, talent strategy, and digital transformation and has authored several articles, and has been quoted for various media outlets. Additionally, Kathy has been actively involved in numerous networking and alliance partnerships, including the Women’s Executive Leadership Council and the Minnesota chapter of the International Association of Microsoft Certified Partners (IAMCP). Kathy also volunteers her time on a board with The Twin Cities Chapter of the American Cancer Society.
