Karthik Chakkarapani is SVP, Chief Information Officer, and Head of Enterprise AI at Zuora, where he leads enterprise IT, data, business operations, and AI transformation to advance the company’s Total Monetization vision.

A forward-looking technology executive with over 20 years of global leadership experience, Karthik focuses on redesigning how enterprises operate by embedding AI directly into workflows. At Zuora, he has architected next-generation operating models leveraging agentic AI, predictive intelligence, and autonomous workflows—driving measurable improvements in growth, efficiency, and customer outcomes.

Previously, Karthik held senior leadership roles at Signify, Cisco, and Salesforce, where he led large-scale digital transformation initiatives, accelerated shifts to recurring revenue models, and enabled data-driven decision-making across the customer lifecycle.

He has been recognized with Gartner’s Eye for Innovation, CIO 100 for Enterprise AI and Future of Work, and CSO 100 for Zero Trust Transformation, and is named among Constellation Research’s Global Top 150 Business Transformation Executives.
