Joseph Richart

Joseph has 30+ years of expertise across technologies in Architecture, Development, Integration, Database Engineering, Product Management, and Training. He successfully defines strategic and results-oriented IT architectures and leads a team of technical expert across EXL. He is a leader, creative thinker, and strong communicator.

Joe’s role involves overseeing the engineering efforts for all EXL’s Digital Solutions.  This includes leading a team of architects, developers, QA engineers, and Cloud engineers.  He has over 30 years of experience delivering products and solutions for many different verticals.  At EXL, Joe is part of the Global Technology Council and is co-leading the Technology Center of Practice.

Joe has played various roles throughout his career in engineering, product management, product marketing, technical marketing, technical education, and technical sales.
