John Reed

John Reed is the district president for Robert Half, the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm. He leads operations for the company’s technology, creative and marketing talent and consulting solutions across the Southwestern and Central United States.

John joined Robert Half more than 27 years ago and has held a variety of leadership roles supporting both IT consulting and specialized staffing initiatives. With nearly three decades of experience in technology talent solutions, he is recognized for his expertise in hiring, recruitment and building high-performing teams to address complex IT and digital transformation challenges.

A passionate advocate for connecting organizations with top talent, John brings a strategic perspective to aligning client goals with scalable workforce solutions that drive innovation and growth. He also serves as a spokesperson for Robert Half and has been featured in leading media and research outlets, including Gartner, Computerworld, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today and Fox Business, where he shares insights on employment trends in the IT field.

John has been actively involved in several professional organizations, including the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners (IAMCP), the Association of IT Professionals (AITP) and HDI, an association for technical support professionals.
