Joe Essenfeld is the co-founder and CEO of Fora, bringing over 15 years of entrepreneurial leadership to the company. Previously, Joe founded and led Jibe, a leading HR Tech company, for a decade. There, he played a pivotal role in helping some of the world’s largest employers navigate hiring challenges through cloud-based recruitment software. After Jibe was acquired by Vista Equity Partners/iCIMS, Joe held leadership roles at iCIMS for four years. In 2023, he founded FORA, where he now leads as CEO, providing AI solutions to the C-suite. Joe and his team are headquartered in Union Square, NYC.
