Jody Fullman

Jody Fullman has over 25 years of experience in building, growing, and leading technology transformations across start-ups and scaled PE-backed enterprises, primarily in the international BPO sector. Currently, Jody is the Chief Information Officer at Reconomy, a leading PE-backed and tech-enabled sustainability platform headquartered in the UK.

At Reconomy, Jody oversees a team of 350+ technologists spread across multiple continents, including an in-house scaling center. This team is dedicated to developing leading products that support the company’s strategy. Under Jody’s and the Reconomy ExCo’s leadership, the business has achieved exponential growth, with revenues increasing eightfold and over 30 acquisitions completed in recent years.

Jody and the global technology team at Reconomy have received several awards for their work in digitizing sustainable solutions for UK customers, including the CIO 100 award in 2022 and the Queen’s Award for Enterprise Innovation in 2023.
