Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at M&G, James leads the Chief Technology Office, overseeing Architecture, Solutions, Engineering, and Operations. He has been instrumental in championing M&G’s Cloud Only strategy, positioning the organisation at the forefront of digital innovation.
