Ian Heritage is the offering architect for the Kyndryl ModernOps portfolio. Ian has over 20 years experience in the IT industry across a broad range of disciplines including software development, customer support, technical sales and consulting. Ian’s passion is working with customers to understand their existing pain points and processes to help them transform their business, including people, processes and systems to accelerate their digital transformation journey. Ian is an AWS certified solutions architect and has a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Computer Science.
