Dr. Heather Haugen has deep expertise in strategies to improve the adoption of technology. Her book, titled, Beyond Implementation: A Prescription for the Adoption of Healthcare Technology, is a business bestseller.

Haugen leads the Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Security Practices at NTT, ltd. Her previous roles include the Chief Science Officer at Atos in the Digital Health Solutions division and the CEO of The Breakaway Group, A Xerox Company.

Dr. Haugen holds a faculty position at University of Colorado Denver- Anschutz Medical Center as the Director of Health Information Technology, where she mentors doctoral students and teaches. She serves as an Advisory Board Member for DU in the Daniels College of Business Management.

She earned her doctorate in health information technology from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.
