Geolocation Process Supports HR, Legal, IT, Security and Procurement Objectives

While employees can work from anywhere in the world, the process for checking with Security and Legal for access, privacy, IP rights, and export control was clunky, inconsistent, and not well documented. This project created a cross-functional team to build a unified process based upon pre-determined country tiers, improving employee experience, reducing risk, and providing a mechanism to address potential violations.
