After engaging with the different stakeholders at the Morrisville Aquatics and Fitness Center facility, we discovered the main areas of concern were lost revenue, increased staff turnover, and limited data. Utilizing IoT sensors, automation, and analytics, we now provide essential insights to the various stakeholders. This allows them to make better, more informed decisions and addresses the areas of concern previously identified and more.
